Description:
1. The subject of the order is:
1) provision of technical assistance services for the Quorum system by QNT Systemy Informatyczne Sp. z o. o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Software"), in the version for the Microsoft Windows operating system, in the areas of: Human Resources (Quorum KP); Wages (Quorum KP ARP); Finance and Accountingyou (Quorum FK with Reporting); Finance Management Assistant (Quorum AZF); Fixed Assets (Quorum ST); Magazine (Quorum Magazine); Electronic Personnel Information (eIK); eForms; QDeclarations; QJPK, ZP Kasa, Quorum PPK, Quorum RCP, Analyst Assistant, Personnel Management, including, among othersn. introducing, at the request of the Ordering Party, changes in the functionality of the Software;
2) providing technical support services, consisting in taking actions in the event of errors in the Software reported by the Ordering Party;
3) granting a license for the module: QJPK;
4) granting a warranty for correctoperation of the Software (including the operation of the Software after amendments or changes in functionality), in addition
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions regarding the implementation of the subject of the order can be found in the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 2 to the contractand in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. The Contractor grants a license for:
a) the QJPK application in the form of a subscription from January 19, 2025 to March 3, 2028;
b) in order to confirm granting the license to the Ordering Party, the Contractor will send the license key to the e-mail address AIS@minrol.gov.pl...
