The subject of the order is divided into the following parts: Part No. 1: Provision of surveying and surveying and legal services consisting in the preparation of a project for dividing a plot with elevation and stabilization (in accordance with the Act on Water Law), a project for dividing a plot with elevations and stabilization in accordance with Art. 73 of the Act of October 13, 1998, provisions introducing acts reforming public administration and preparing documentation for the Podkarpackie Voivode. Part No. 2: Provision of surveying and surveying and legal services consisting in preparing: purposes of changing land use, synchronization for section I or III of the land and mortgage register, documentation for the establishment of the land and mortgage register, geodetic documentation for the abolition of plots located in the road right-of-way constituting the property of the State Treasury in a permanent manner management board of GDDKiA in individual registration areas.
