- The subject of the order is the provision of surveying services for the needs of the Osielsko Commune in 2026 in the field of road investments (ZRID). The scope of the order includes: 1. Preparation and delivery of real estate division designs (paper and electronic versions) for the planned ZRID investment (permit for the implementation of a road investment), including demarcation, if required, and providing a photocopy of the verification protocol of data sets and other materials transferred to the state geodetic and cartographic (final) resource. The division project must take into account synchronization list in the event that in the land and mortgage register - or in the absence thereof - in other documents specifying the legal status of the real estate, the real estate subject to division has different markings and a different area than in the real estate cadastre. The contractor is obliged to make changes to real estate division project, which concerns changes to the real estate owner's data and the land and mortgage register number within 8 months from the implementation of the first division project.
