The subject of the contract is:
a) providing technical assistance service of the Oracle Software Update License & Support Software Updates and Support product for Oracle's database products in the period from 06.06.2025 to 05.06.2026or from the date of conclusion of the contract (if the conclusion of the contract takes place after 06.06.2025) by 05.06.2026
b) Purchase of rights to use the Oracle Paas & Iaas Universal Credit service - in the period from 17.06.2025 to 16.06.2026 or from the date of conclusion of the contract (if the conclusion of the contract (if the conclusion of the contract occurs after 17/06/2025until 16.06.2026
c) ensuring the provision of support services in a remote and on site of installation of equipment
within 144 hours during the period of the contract
providing technical assistance service of database software.
