3.1. The subject of the order includes providing support from the database software manufacturer and Oracle tools and the Oracle Exadata X7-2 environment used by the Ordering Party, which gives the opportunity to use new versions of software, upgrades, fixpacks necessary for solving operational problems and tuning databases for the Exadata environment.
3.2.Detailed information regarding the description of the subject, scope and conditions of implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Contract (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ together with annexes, including in particular the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to PPU.
