Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of technical support services (hereinafter referred to as "Support") at the CASP Extendend level for all software used by the Ordering Party, which is part of the Commvault Data Platform central backup and data archiving system environment, assigned to in the Commvault technical support system to the Ordering Party - CommCells FCDD0 (hereinafter referred to as the "Software"), by the Contractor and the Software manufacturer or its authorized service partner, in accordance with the provisions specified and on the terms set out in the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject Agreement"). The purpose of the service is to ensure correct and uninterrupted (stable) operation of the Software, while:
in Annex No. 2, point 1 Support will be provided for a period of 20 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, maintaining continuity of service provision support technical;
will provide Support within the scope specified by the Software manufacturer, published on the manufacturer's website https://support.commvault.com/Support/Options# casp at the CASP Extendend level, and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the principles set out in the Agreement.
