Description:
The subject of the order is: a) the provision of technical support for the Oracle Software Update License database softwareIaaS Universal Credit or an equivalent service, c) providing support services in the form of expert consultations in the area of maintaining ODA hardware environments in the scope of database products installed on the ODA hardware owned by the Employer, including the implementation of planned works (installations,e-configurations, migrations and other agreed works) remotely and on-site with the installation of ODA equipment (machines) for 144 hours during the term of the contract in accordance with a previously agreed schedule; d) RIGHT OF OPTION: The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the Right of Option in the event of exceedingreduction of the pool of hours referred to in point c) above, up to 40 hours.
