Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of technical support services for Oracle software, migration and purchase of new licenses.
139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the reverse the order of evaluation of the offers, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
4. The Ordering Party is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
5. The contractor submits an offer for via the eProcurement Platform of the Public Procurement Office - https://ezamowienia.gov.pl/pl/.
257 of the Public Procurement Act, may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance the contract will not be granted to him, at the same time, the Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure on this basis in a situation where settlement of the contract will not be possible in 2025.
