- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of telecommunications services for the City Guard of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw.
2. The Contractor will provide the services specified in point 1, to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Descriptions of the subject of the order, which constitute Annexes No. 1.11.10 to the SWZ with due diligence, in accordance with applicable regulations, Polish Standards, standards of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute, standards, professional ethics, the state of current knowledge, provisions of the Template of the Agreement - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers regarding the subject the order was divided into the following ten (10) parts (tasks): 1) Task No. 1 - Providing Internet access services for Data Center I and Data Center II; 2) Task No. 2 - Providing operator services for MPLS/VPN - OT data transmission; 3) Task No. 3 - Providing an operator service in the field of MPLS/VPN data transmission - base stations of the communication system; 4) Task No. 4 - Providing an operator service in the field of data transmission using dark fibers for the Warsaw ul. route.
