Description:
provision of services consisting in providing a temporary place in a shelter for homeless men. The subject of the order is to provide 24-hour temporary shelter along with daily meals and the provision of the necessary social conditions and services aimed at strengthening social activity, overcoming homelessness and gaining independent living for homeless men referred by the Municipal and Municipal Social Welfare Center in Chciny, hereinafter referred to as the center. Service provision period: throughout the year, throughout 7 days a week. The contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer the place where the service will be provided. The Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the indicated place in terms of preparation for the implementation of the ordered service before concluding the contract and by the entire order fulfillment period. The contractor may indicate in the offer a shelter located at a maximum distance of 150 km from Chcin. Each referral of the homeless to a shelter by the center will be in accordance with the provisions of Art. 48a of the Act on Social Assistance of 12 On March 13, 2004. (An. D. U. 2025 poses 1214).
