The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in providing temporary shelter for homeless women - residents of the Kruszwica Commune who are wards of the Municipal and Commune Social Welfare Center in Kruszwica, in a shelter for homeless people, to the extent resulting from the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended).2. The subject of the order includes the provision of 24-hour temporary shelter along with daily meals and the necessary social conditions and services throughout the entire order implementation period, 7 days a week. aimed at strengthening social activity, overcoming homelessness and gaining independent living for homeless people referred by the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Kruszwica.3. The expected number of homeless people covered by the services to be the subject of the order is 1 person. Due to the specificity of the order, which is characterized by changing needs of the clients due to their changing health condition or personal situation, the number of homeless people given by the Ordering Party is the number expected over the entire duration of the order.
