Description:
During the promotional departments, people who want to replace families can appear. These will have a positive process of qualifying. The qualification process will take place outside the project; However, in a period of up to 3 months from qualifications, the transmission for family candidate mustI will replace reliable. The training will be not less than 60h didactic, of which 10 hours will be practical. During the training, the issues are discussed in accordance with the ordinance of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of 6.11.2023 on the school for the candidate for exercising replacement.After completing the training, candidates receive buckets. In Zwizku with Fakt, and every candidate for families for families could be qualified at a different stage of the project, which is why these trainings may take place on different dates. 3 people are trained. Place and dates of training will be set in agreementfrom the contractors. (Employer allows forms of online training). The contractor will not eliminate the reimbursement of the cost.
