Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of a training service in the scope of organizing and conducting a maximum of 69 cycles of professional activation classes in the following penitentiary units subordinated to the District Inspectorate of the Prison Service in Bydgoszcz. is to provide a training service in the field of organizing and conducting professional activation classes in penitentiary units subordinated to the OISW in Bydgoszcz as part of the project entitled: "Comprehensive training and activation activities aimed at preparing people serving prison sentences freedom to effectively return to the labor market and to society" under the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 program co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus. Training should increase the motivation of inmates and enable the acquisition of competences, necessary to navigate the labor market, i.e. covering 11 thematic areas: the ability to rationally manage time, self-presentation, the art of conversation and calm argumentation, coping with negative emotions, ways of looking for a job, conducting conversations with potential employers, preparing documents for taking up a job, adequate self-esteem, motivation to work, budget management, etc. All topics will be covered in 2 hours, and selected topics will be extended by an additional 8 hours, making a total of 30 hours. require...
