Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of transport services in the field of permanent transport of disabled adults over 18 years of age, participants of Occupational Therapy Workshops in 2026. The service will consist in transporting participants from their place of residence to WTZ and back to their place of residence. The subject of the order also includes field trips as part of social and professional rehabilitation, of which the Contractor will be notified each time in advance. 2. The Ordering Party requires that transport be carried out exclusively, i.e. the Ordering Party does not allow the vehicle to be used during the execution of the order. there were other persons than those authorized by the Ordering Party.3. The order covers the period from January 7, 2026. until December 30, 2026 excluding the month of July (holiday month), i.e. 220 days a year.4. Transport will take place 5 days a week from Monday to Friday.5. Participants should be brought to Occupational Therapy Workshops at 7:00 -7:30 . However, the dismissal from WTZ to the place of residence will take place at 14:30. The arrival and departure times of WTZ participants may change on some days of the week.
