- 1. The subject of the order are transport services provided for the needs of the Municipal Center of Culture and Sports in Kty Wrocawskie. The services will be provided in accordance with the Ordering Party's needs under the terms and conditions specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as PPU) constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.2. Services transport will be carried out using minibuses/standard buses/coaches called further connection of vehicles with driver/drivers: 1) bus means a vehicle intended for the transport of min. 20 people*, equipped with ABS, seat belts for passengers and air conditioning, meeting the requirements of min. EURO 52) a standard bus means a vehicle designed to transport max. 50 people*, equipped with ABS, seat belts for passengers and air conditioning, meeting the requirements of min. EURO 53) a coach is understood as a vehicle intended to transport min. 51 people*, equipped with ABS, seat belts passengers and air conditioning, while meeting the requirements of min. EURO 5*seats3. For the purposes of executing the order, the Contractor provides: - 4 buses, - 2 standard buses, - 2 coaches
