Description:
1. The subject of the order are transport services consisting in transporting disabled adults (over 18 years of age) from their place of residence to the Occupational Therapy Workshops in Zbszyń and returning them to their place of residence after completing classes.2. Scope (estimated): 1) Expected number of people: 30;2) Daily number of kilometers (round trip): 305;3) Number of delivery days: 230;4) the total number of kilometers in 2026 will be 70,150 km (230 days x 305 km).2.1. Delivery will take place 5 days a week from Monday to Friday during a 12-month period, from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (except August, which is a holiday month, with no service provided) on workshop days. In exceptional situations (after prior arrangement), the delivery service may take place on Saturdays or Sundays. 2.2. Deliveries will be carried out according to the schedule specified by the Ordering Party. This schedule may is subject to ad hoc corrections resulting, among other things, from the absence of workshop participants. Participants should be brought to the Occupational Therapy Workshops in Zbszyń at 8:00 a.m., and they should be dropped off from Zbszyń to their place of residence. celebrates...
