1. The subject of the proceedings is the award of an order for the provision of transport services related to the relocation of tenants, to whom the City of Bielsko Biaa is obliged to provide replacement premises (from the occupied premises to the replacement premises) and to transport items from municipal premises and adjacent premises. after deceased tenants, after evictions (voluntary transfer of premises in connection with a judgment), abandoned by former tenants, to the Ordering Party's warehouse, hereinafter referred to as the subject of the order.2. The average amount of goods and movables expected to be transported, as well as services provided related to the relocation of tenants and items intended for transport to the Ordering Party's warehouse, during the duration of the contract, is approximately 75 m3, 3.
