- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of transport services for students to educational units in the Warlubie Commune, carried out as part of national road passenger transport on regular lines through the successive purchase of personalized monthly tickets. 2. The transportation will cover 192 students of grades I, VIII, 18 6-year-old children fulfilling one-year compulsory preschool preparation, 7 children attending kindergarten classes who do not fulfill the compulsory one-year preschool preparation, 26 children with a disability certificate and 3 chaperones. Transportation will take place to: 1) Primary School in Warlub (PSP W),2) Primary School in Wielki Komorsk (SP WK),3) Special Educational Center in Warlub (SOSW).3. The Contractor declares that he has the ability and authorization (using public transport infrastructure) to perform the service to the extent and within the time specified in contract based on its technical, personal and financial resources.4.
