Description:
I. The subject of the order is the transport service of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 in an amount of up to 7,400 Mg per year, on average 616.67 Mg per month. Transport will take place from the Transfer Station in Rozwarzyn, run by the Municipal Water and Sewerage Company. Sp. z o. o. in Nakło nad Noteci to the Municipal Waste Thermal Transformation Plant - run by the Midzygminny Waste Utilization Complex ProNatura Sp. - located in Bydgoszcz at ul. Ernsta Petersona 22, 85-862 Bydgoszcz.II. The contractor is obliged to: 1. Possessions entry in the register of entities introducing products, products in packaging and managing waste, referred to in Art. 49 section 1 of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste and has been assigned a registration number as an entity authorized to conduct activities in the field of waste transport. Entry entitles you to transport the waste specified in the subject of the order throughout the country. 2.
