- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of transport of bodies and human remains within and outside the area of operation of the District Prosecutor's Office in Lublin, district prosecutor's offices based in Lublin and the District Prosecutor's Office in Widnik.2. IN scope of each part of the order, the Contractor will be obliged in particular to: 1) Accept the order to perform the service. The Contractor ensures full availability and undertakes to provide the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, also on statutory days. holidays, 2) Arrival at the indicated place of the event, at the time declared in the offer (travel time is the criterion for evaluating offers), 3) Putting bodies or human remains into a bag. The contractor is obliged to provide the service regardless of the rate damage to the body or state of decomposition and the place where the body or its remains are located, 4) Carrying the body on a stretcher (manual transport) in a situation where the event occurred in a place that cannot be reached by a car, 5) Loading a bag with corpses or human remains to and from the Contractor's vehicle, 6) Transport and transfer the corpse to the indicated place...
