- Subject of the order: service consisting in providing 24-hour veterinary care in the event of road accidents involving animals and the provision of veterinary services for homeless animals in the member communes of the EKO SIDEMKA Intermunicipal Association, i.e. the communes of Krotoszyn, Kobylin, Zduny, Sulmierzyce and Cieszkow in 2026. The scopes of individual types of services are specified in the price form attached to the SWZ. The amounts of individual types of services given in the price form are estimates. The offer value calculated on this basis will be used to compare offers in terms of price criteria. Settlement of completed work The work will be carried out according to the unit prices included in the price form. The given price should include all ingredients. The scope of services provided includes: 1) 24-hour readiness to perform activities related to the provision of veterinary services (during opening hours from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., as well as outside opening hours opening);2) accepting reports (and their implementation) from the Ordering Party, a representative of the Animal Welfare Society, the Police, the Fire Department or the Municipal Police, and in the case of free-roaming cats, by residents (feeders). these...
