Description:
1. Order No. 1A: Chipping of owned, free-living and stray animals from the area of the Konstantynów Dzki commune at an animal treatment facility located in the Konstantynów Dzki commune in the area north of the provincial road 710 and west of the former road national no. 71.2. The detailed scope of the Contractor's activities and obligations within the framework of the implementation of the contract is included in the Detailed description of the subject of the order and the Offer Form, constituting Appendix No. 1 and 2, respectively, to the Terms of Reference (SWZ). 3. The Ordering Party will specify the estimated quantities of services for Order No. 1-2 in the Offer Form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. The number of treatments given in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ is indicative. This may decrease depending on the actual level of interest beneficiaries of persons wishing to use the veterinary services covered by the subject of the order. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of changing the number of estimated services while maintaining the unit prices given in the offer.
