• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the provision of data transmission services in the WAN_PP network between locations indicated by the Ordering Party, grouped according to the connection provided in categories T0-T7, for a period of 8 months. 2. Within the subject order, the Contractor will be obliged in particular to: 1) provide the service continuously (i.e. 24 hours a day), in accordance with the parameters and conditions specified in the OPZ and the draft contract, 2) maintaining link parameters - availability and quality in accordance with requirements described in the OPZ - for each location, throughout the duration of the contract, 3) provide the Ordering Party with access to the Monitoring System and the Connection Control System under the conditions specified in the OPZ, 4) providing network technical support WAN_PP on the terms specified in the OPZ, including providing the Ordering Party with technical support within the Help Desk, open 24 hours a day throughout the duration of the contract, 5) monitoring the WAN_PP network in a given location 24 hours a day throughout the duration of the contract, starting from the date of commencement of the provision of services in the case of locations indicated in Annex 2 to the Agreement, and in the case of new locations, from the date of reporting the new location for acceptance. 3. If the response time or time to remove the reported Failure or Mass Failure, the WAN specified in the OPZ is exceeded, the Ordering Party will be entitled to a discount reducing the amount of remuneration for the services.
