- On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the provision of washing/cleaning services for protective and work clothing as well as equipment for working at heights for employees of UDT O/Wrocław in 2026. We would like to inform you that We anticipate the possibility of conducting the second stage of this procedure (negotiations) in the form of a discount auction or request for quotation. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated bids are exceeded funds. The official confirmation of the willingness to complete the order is the sending of the order by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: an invoice for the service will be issued collectively after the end of each calendar month in accordance with the submitted offer and with a list of services attached to each invoice, signed by the person responsible for the execution of the order on the part of the Client. Payment deadline: 21 days from the date of receipt of a correctly issued invoice, - completion date: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 - the service will be performed no later than within 3 business days from the moment of handing over the clothes for washing - the laundry point must be located at a maximum distance of 5 km from the headquarters of the Office of Technical Inspection in Wrocław at ul. Grabiszyńska 51. - binding date the offer is 60 days, - the service will be performed successively, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party, - liability for any damage to work clothes resulting from improper conduct while performing...
