Description:
1. Scope and conditions of the order implementation: 1) Estimated mass of waste intended for collection and management during the order implementation period: 1077.52 Mg, 2) Maintenance and operation of the PSZOK and equipment with containers will be provided by the ordering party, 3) Collection of waste from the PSZOK The contractor will be obliged to carry out each time based on orders sent by the Ordering Party to the Contractor, sent to the e-mail address (indicated by the Contractor), specifying the number and type of containers or the estimated amount of waste planned for collection, 4) collection of waste covered by the order should take place no later than the next day working day after the date of submission of the order by the Ordering Party, 5) During the collection of containers with collected waste located at the ramp, the Contractor should provide empty containers, 6) The Contractor will be obliged to: a) keep documentation related to the activities covered by the order. is to: keep current quantitative and qualitative records of waste in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, b) submitting monthly reports to the Ordering Party in electronic form within 10 days from the end of a given period mi...
