Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of 24 -hour physical protection for the Regional Department of the AMW in Gdynia. 2. Communication between the Ordering Party and Contractors takes place only using electronic means of communication in accordance with art. 61 of the Act, i.e. via the purchasing platform Marketplanet at: https://amw.ezamawiacycy.pl, which meets the requirements described in art. 64 of the Act or using e-mail (e-mail) to the address indicated in point I SWZ, except for the cases indicated in SWZ. Offers and declarations and documents submitted with the offer should be submitted Only with the platform.

1. Subject of the contract is the provision of 24 -hour physical protection for the Regional Department of the AMW in Gdynia. 2. The contract is valid from the date of conclusion, but item Orders will be carried out not earlier than from 01.02.2026, from 08.00 for 24 months or until the maximum remuneration of the Contractor, specified in the concluded contract. 3. The Contractor is bound by the offer from the date of the deadline for submitting bids until 03.12.2025.
