The subject of the contract is the provision of a 24 -hour protection of persons and property as well as controlaccess to facilities and rooms of the headquarters of the Social Insurance Institution in the following locations:
a) Centrala ZUS, ul. Szamocka 3, 5, Warsaw,
b) building of the Documentation and Printing Management Department, ul. Podskarbińska 25A, Warsaw,
c) Central Training Center, 96-323 Osuchow, ul.Mszczonowska 23
via:
1. Ensuring direct, permanent, 24 -hour physical protection, supervision of the abovementioned facilities and employees and third parties staying in them,
2. Monitoring of alarm systems, i.e. uninterrupted observation and verification of alarm signals sent by devices andAlarm systems installed in a protected object and response to alarm signals a referral to the intervention group object,
3. Visual monitoring, i.e. ongoing image observation from cameras installed in a protected object,
4. Taking action of intervention groups, i.e. ad hocThe arrival of an intervention group to a protected object.
The subject of the contract includes the contractor to ensure the abovementioned Services round the clock (in terms of direct physical protection - in accordance with the hours of operation of the posts), throughout all days of the week in a given year.
Planned numberMan hours during the period of the contract is: 202 224.
The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the right of options in the following scope:
