Description:
1. The subject of the contract is 24 -hour protection of persons and property in the building at ul. Nadolnik 18A-20B in Poznań (hereinafter referred to as the "object"), in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 22 August 1997. on the protection of persons and property and in accordance with the provisions of this contract. The subject of the contract will be implemented in the form of direct physical protection of a permanent nature. 2. In the period of the contract, the contractor undertakes to ensure the presence in the facility 24h/day 7 days a week, at least one physical protection employee. 3. The Contractor will provide the contracting authority of the physical protection services of the object and the property located in the facility, in particular in the field of: protection against theft, burglary, penetration and staying of the units of real estate, as well as checking the rooms to prevent the possible causes of the fire, and in the event of an attempt to hack or devastation, calling the intervention group.
