- Neuro-pediatric therapy.1) Conducting 800 hours of neuro-pedagogic classes for children covered by the comprehensive support program for families Za Życie, at the Ordering Party's premises or in a place designated by it.2) The Contractor's tasks will include: a) after appointing a team of specialists for a specific determining, based on the opinion on the need for early development support, medical documentation or own observations and tests, the directions and schedule of activities undertaken in the field of WOKRO, b) establishing cooperation with the facility where the child is subject to other therapeutic activities in order to ensuring consistency of impact, c) developing and implementing an individual program with the child and his or her family within WOKRO, in the part intended for a neurologist, d) assessing the progress and difficulties in the child's functioning, including identifying and eliminating barriers and limitations in the environment that make it difficult his/her activity and participation in social life,e) analyzing the effectiveness of the assistance provided to the child and his/her family,f) introducing changes in the program according to the current needs of the child and his/her family,g) monitoring the child's development, in particular ...
