1) a hotel with a Piciogwiadkowe standard granted on the basis of the decision of the Marshal of the Lower Voivodship to classify the hotel to the appropriate category pursuant to art. 38 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on hotel services and selection of tourist tour pilots and guides, andprovisions of the regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of 19 August 2004 on hotel facilities, in which hotel deserts are found; 2) Hotel Pooony in a maximum distance 300 m (on foot) from NFM pl.
