- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of care services at the place of residence as a form of generally available support in everyday functioning, including for older people and people with disabilities. The services provided will be tailored to the needs of participants while maintaining equality of access for people who, due to age, health or disability, require care or support due to their inability to independently perform basic everyday activities; 2. Services will be provided 5 days a week from Monday to Friday at 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (excluding holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) and in particularly justified cases, services may be provided 12 hours a day by one caregiver.3. Support for care services will cover 16 charges of MOPS in Zabudowie, who will be cared for by was managed by 4 people. 4. The scope of care services includes in particular: 1) assistance in meeting everyday living needs, 2) hygiene care, 3) care recommended by a doctor, which includes care activities resulting from the submitted certificate doctor or medical records, supplementing community nursing care...
