Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of care services under the project entitled "Increasing the independence of seniors at their place of residence (RMR)", co-financed from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds program for Mazovia 2021-2027, under the Act ofMarch 12, 2004 on social assistance (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1283) in the period from May 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, care services will be provided to the inhabitants of the city of Płock at the age of 60 +, which due to age, illness or other causes require the help of other people, and they are deprived of it, andPeople who require the help of other people, and the family, as well as the non -resolving spouse, the introductory, descendants cannot provide such assistance.
