Description:
The subject of the order is: "provision of care services at home for residents of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Tczew, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance. Detailed and quantitative scope of the order: it is planned to provide care services in a total number of approximately 40,000 full clock hours in the period from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026, in the Tczew municipality. The services covered by the order will be provided every day, including Sundays and holidays, 7 days a week, from: 7.00-19.00 The above service will be provided under the following conditions: a) the order covers the provision of care services in the number of approximately 3,333 full clock hours per month, which gives a total number of approximately 40,000 full clock hours in the period from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2026 (12 months) in place of residence, within the municipality of Tczew, to persons who, due to chronic illness, age or disability, require the assistance of another person, b) the number of hours of care services specified in the SWZ is an estimate and mo...
