• Providing catering services for the needs of organizational units of the Medical University of Warsaw, based on a framework agreement 1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the provision of comprehensive catering services during events organized by the Ordering Party, having the nature of one-off services or recurring periodically (cyclically), within a period of 36 months from the date of conclusion of the Framework Agreement or until the total amount allocated for the provision of these services is exhausted, in gross amount of PLN 2,000,000.00 (two million zlotys). The above-mentioned amount takes into account the expected price increase during the period of validity of the Framework Agreement and will not be subject to indexation, subject to the permissible indexation of unit prices of items. menu and additional services, on the terms specified in § 10 of the Framework Agreement. 2.
