Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services of the didactic object at ul. Racławicka 15-17 in Koszalin, a building in which there is a study of physical education and sport (SWFiS), to the extent specified in the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ) and the price form constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and technical requirements include Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. Each contractor has the right to submit only one offer.
4. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting a variant offer.
5. The contracting authority does not divide the order on parts. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers. The need to coordinate various contractors performing individual parts of the order could seriously threaten the proper performance of the order, and also cause excessive technical difficulties or excessive costs of performance orders. The subject of the contract is adapted to the implementation by small and medium entities.
6. Detailed provisions regarding the implementation of the subject Orders are included in the draft contract constituting Annex 11 to SWZ.
The inverted procedure referred to in art. 139 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Employer will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest assessed, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
