Description:
1) The subject of the order is the provision of cleaning services for office and utility rooms in the following facilities: the headquarters of the Grodzisk Forest District, the forestry offices of Bukowiec Stary and Porayn, Gnin and Wioska, and the Training and Recreation Center in Porayn.2) The place of implementation of the subject of the order will be: - office building of the Grodzisk Forest District Laswki 1, 62-065 Grodzisk Wielkopolski, - forestry office Bukowiec Stary and Porayn - Bukowiec Stary, 64-330 Opalenica - forestry office Gnin i Wioska - Gnin, 62-067 Rakoniewice - Training and Recreation Center in Porayn Porayn Tartak 14, 64-330 Opalenica.3) Detailed the description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Order). 4) The cleaning service will be ordered to the Contractor by the Ordering Party on the basis of a detailed list of rooms included in Annex No. 6A to the SWZ and the required quantities. The actual amount will result from the actual demand the Ordering Party and may change depending on the number of guests, but the Contractor will not make any claims or provide financial compensation if the amount is less than the estimated one. 5) The offer should be valued using the quantities according to the cost estimate. which...
