The subject of the order is the provision of cleaning services in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 for the premises of the BWA Wrocaw Contemporary Art Galleries, described in detail in the order. No. 3 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order.2. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the option right: in the cleaning of the premises at ul. Gazowa 22/8 up to 5 additional pieces of equipment, in other premises (galleries) up to 2 additional pieces of equipment per 1 object (gallery).3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right (in whole or in part) if the basic scope is exhausted during the duration of the contract and additionally purchase the above-mentioned items. services will be in the interest of the Ordering Party and results from its current needs.4. In order to activate the option right, the Ordering Party will submit to the Contractor a written declaration of will to exercise the option right to a specified extent.
