Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in station buildings at power stations located at the area of PSE S.A. in Radom.
2) The detailed determination of the subject of the contract is in part II of SWZ and part IV SWZ.
3) in accordance with art. 101 para. 4 of the ActThe Employer allows equivalent solutions described in SWZ by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, if they allow you to obtain features or parameters not worse than cited.
In accordancejoke. 101 para. 5 of the Act, the contractor, who cites equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions to an equivalent extent meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract, in particular by means of in questionevidence referred to in art. 104-107 of the Act.
4) The Ordering Party requires the contractor to indicate in the offer, part of the contract, the performance of which intends to entrust to subcontractors and the provision of subcontractors by the contractor, if they are already known.
5) pursuant to the provisions of Art. 438 of the Act inconnection with art. 134 para. 2 point 14 of the Act, the requirements for the obligation to employ employees were specified in part II of SWZ and part IV SWZ.
