Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services of the university didactic facilities at ul. Racławicka 15-17, building A, B, B-C and C in Koszalin to the extent specified in the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ) and the price form constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
2. Detailed description of the subject Orders and technical requirements are included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
The contracting authority does not allow partial offers. The need to coordinate various contractors implementing individual parts of the order could seriously threaten the proper execution of the order, and also cause excessive technical difficulties or excessive costs of performing the contract. The subject of the contract is adapted to the implementation by small and medium entities.
4. The contracting authority will apply the so -called The inverted procedure referred to in art. 139 para. 1 PZP Act, i.e. the contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest assessed, in the scope of no grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
5. The Employer allows the possibility of carrying out Local vision of the place of order as an auxiliary activity to properly prepare the offer, after prior arrangement with the contracting authority of the deadline and time. Taking a local vision is not a condition for participation in the procedure.
