Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services at the Wybrzeże Theater facilities together with the external area adjacent to these facilities.
2. The contracting authority divided the subject of the contract into 2 parts and allows the possibility of submitting offers for any number of parts:
1) Part 1 - Service provisionCleaning in the facilities of the Wybrzeże Theater at ul. Saint. Ducha 2 and ul. Teatralny 2 in Gdańsk together with the outer area adjacent to these facilities,
2) Part 2 - provision of cleaning services at the Wybrzeże Theater facility at ul. Bohaterow Monte Cassino 30 in Sopot together with an adjacent areaexternal.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes 12a, 12b to SWZ. Saint. Ducha 2 and ul. Teatralny 2 in Gdańsk together with the external area adjacent to these facilities.

Employer, in accordance with art. 95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law requires that the contractor employ persons on the basis of an employment contract. This requirement applies to both the Contractor and subcontractors participating in the performance of the contract throughout the entire performance periodorders. The contracting authority requires employment of persons on the basis of an employment contract, taking into account at least the minimum remuneration for work established on the basis of the Act of 10.10.2002 on a minimum wage for work.
