Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection services from owners of real estate residing from the Żary Commune on urban status, their transport to the place of disposal or recovery, and the development of collected municipal waste indicated in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) - in a way that ensures that the Employer achieves appropriate levels of preparation for re -use and recycling, and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegraded to storage, in accordance with the law, in particular:
1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), hereinafter: "UCPG";
2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws item 122);
binding During the implementation of the order of resolutions of the City Council in Żary, including those constituting local law in the scope regarding the subject of the contract regarding: regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Żary commune on the city status, a detailed manner and scope of providing services in the scope of collecting and managing municipal waste in exchange for the fee for municipal waste management.
