- 4.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residing real estate and uninhabited real estate located in the commune of Wierzbica.
municipal waste in a way that ensures relevant levels of preparation for re -use and recycling, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and currently applicable executive acts to the above Act, the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Lublin Province and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Wierzbica commune in force during the contract, and in particular:
real estate of residing and uninhabited in the Wierzbica commune, including the supply of real estate with waste collection bags municipal;
Stationary Selective municipal waste collection point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK).
