- 3.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a collective nutrition service of residents of the Social Support Center "in the early spring" at ul. PrzedwioΕnie 1 in Warsaw together with the lease of kitchen rooms and equipment in the period from 21.02.2026 to 31/12/2027.
3.2. Specific range the subject of the contract was contained in volume II SWZ description of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract will be carried out in accordance with Volume III SWZ formula.
3.3. The contractor after taking over part of the workplace under the contract, in accordance with art. 231 Β§ 1 of the Labor Code by law will be a party to working relations with employees of the company Naprzod Catering Sp. z o.o. with its registered office ul. Traktorowa 136 lok. 301, 91-204 ΕodΕΊ. Detailed conditions and information about the acquired employees are included in the Annex Volume II to SWZ Description of the subject of the contract and Annex 2.4 to OPZ List employees.
3.4. The Contractor will be obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the provisions set out in the Act of 25 August 2006 on food safety and nutrition (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448) and executive ordinances issued on the basis of this Act.
