Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of preparing and issuing 24 -hour meals for 7 days a week, from products purchased by the Contractor for patients of the Independent Public Health Care Center in Łukow.
Contractor, is obliged to implement the subjectServices with due diligence, in accordance with the provisions of this SWZ and in particular the legal provisions in force in this respect, in particular the Contractor will be obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the provisions set out in the Act of 25 August 2006 on securityfood and nutrition (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 594, as amended) and executive regulations issued on the basis of this Act. The requirements for providing services that are subject to the subject of the same proceedings arising from applicable law are binding on the contractors, and their failure to includeZEJ SWZ does not release contractors from the obligation to complete them.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ.
The Contractor will be obliged to process the contract in accordance with the provisions set out in the Act of 25 August 2006 on food safety and nutrition (Journal of Laws of2022 item 2132, as amended) and executive ordinances issued on the basis of this Act.
