Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services for company cars of MPEC Sp. z o. o. in Olsztyn.2.Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement presents a list of cars owned by the Ordering Party, which brands, types and models will be serviced by the Contractor. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change quantities, types and models of vehicles. 3. The scope of services provided includes: a) periodic technical inspections within the scope specified by the vehicle manufacturer, b) repairs resulting from technical inspections and other repairs resulting from the use of vehicles, i.e., among others: mechanical and electrical repairs, electronic and tires, c) periodic replacement of tires with wheel balancing, d) towing vehicles with a GVW of up to 3.5 tons in the commune of M. Olsztyn and the commune of Stawiguda to the Contractor's service, e) transfer of vehicles for technical tests of vehicles (statutory) at the Vehicle Inspection Station, unless the Contractor has own station, f) performing bodywork and paint repairs.4.The Contractor will provide service for the brands, types and models of the Ordering Party's vehicles indicated in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement.5.The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number, types and models of vehicles.6. The contractor will provide a vehicle service station, which is located in the city of Olsztyn.7.
