Provision of comprehensive cleaning services in buildings subordinate to Szpzlo Warszawa Praga-Połnoc and areas adjacent to them along with the takeover of employees in accordance with art. 231 of the Labor Code
The subject of the order is cleaning the rooms, cleaning the area and maintenance of greenery around the units subordinate to Szpzlo Warszawa Praga-Połnoc located in Warsaw, as described The subject of the contract - Annex 3 to SWZ and the takeover of employees performing purity services (cleaning) and service of green areas in accordance with art. 23 'Labor Code:
a) The contractor will take over all employees (who have agreed to it) who have been in favor of Szpzlo Warsaw so far Praga-Połnoc Cleaning services for buildings and the area around them for a minimum period of 12 months, employed under a contract pursuant to art. 22 of the Act of 26 June 1974 of the Labor Code (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended);
b) The contractor will take over employees as a new employer pursuant to art. 231 of the Act of June 26, 1974 of the Labor Code, as well as in accordance with art. 261 of the Act of 23 May 1991 on trade unions (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 440) in accordance with information about employees employed in positions related to the performance of the subject of the contract;
