Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning and cleaning services, hereinafter referred to as the "cleaning service" on the area used by the scientific and academic computer network-the National Research Institute (hereinafter: "Ordering Party" or "NASK-PIB") together with the provision of all required cleaning products for 24 (in words: twenty -four) months.
2. Cleaning services will include cleaning of office rooms, Sanitary facilities, kitchenettes, communication routes in the location located in Białystok at ul. Łukowska 2. The contractor will be obliged do Services in the building located in accordance with the following address: ul. Łukowska 2, 15-373 Białystok with a total usable area of approx. 609 m2.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to SWZ-SOPZ, hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ".
4. The order of the contract: the contract will stay concluded for a period of 24 months, calculated from the date of the contract, but not earlier than from 22.10.2025.
5.
