Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services of office rooms, external areas and the care of greenery in the facilities of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łodź and its subordinate units.
2. The contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then qualify subjective contractor, whose offer was rated the highest, in
the scope of no grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings (Article 139 (1) of the PPS).
139 para. 1, the contracting authority does not require a declaration with the offer, Fr. which Speech in art. 125 para. 1UPZP.
The contracting authority will demand this statement only from the Contractor whose offer will be rated the highest.
4. Pursuant to art. 257 points 1 of the PPA, the Employer reserves the right to annul the proceedings.
5. The Purchaser does not provide for orders pursuant to art. 214 para. 1 POP.
6. The Employer does not carry out preliminary market consultations.
7. The contractor remains bound by the offer until 19.10.2025.
