Description:
The object of the contract is the provision of comprehensive maintenance services and disinfection of hospital wards and other cells of the Poviat Hospital named after Alfred Sokołowski in Złotow and in -school transport within the facilities and between the facilities of the Poviat Hospital AND.Sokołowski in Złotow (ul. Szpitalna 28, 77-400 zlotys). The subject of the contract was divided into two parts and includes:
Part 1 - provision of services in the field of maintaining cleanliness and disinfection of hospital wards and other cells of the Poviat Hospital A. Sokołowskiin Złotow. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract are included in Annexes 3, 3.1, 3.2., 3.3. and 5 to SWZ.
Part 2 - Provision of intra -complete transport services within facilities and between the facilities of the Poviat Hospital A. Sokołowski in Złotow.

work covered by the subject of the contract must be carried out in accordance with:
a. applicable regulations in this respect;
b. The materials used to implement the subject of the contract should have appropriate characteristics cards, declarationcompliance and CE certificate, for disinfectant preparations that are biocidal products - permission of the Minister of Health to trade a biocidal product allowing them to be used in healthcare facilities.
