Description:
The service includes:
a) preparation based on the customer's kitchen all -day meals for patients lying in hospital wards for adults, hospital departments for children and adult daily departments, including dietary recommendations according to previously establishedby a dietitian of the Contractor and the Ordering Party, menus and finally approved by the Ordering Party, as well as their distribution to individual hospital departments of the Pomeranian Rheumatology Center. dr Jadwiga Titz - Koścko in Sopot Sp. z o. o.
b) delivering prepared meals to bedspatients in departments in the location at ul. Grunwaldzka 1-3 and 5 in Sopot and to the kitchen in the building of the Geriatric Center at ul. March 23 93 in Sopot by transporting a contractor meeting the current technical and sanitary requirements, ensuring the maintenance of adequate quality and temperature of meals,
c) lease of existing hospital rooms with facilities. It is required to prepare and ensure the issue of meals for the lease. Description of the subject of the property lease is specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract.
